Community health and youth services functions of councils are to be supported by Capita Children's Services One case management system. The announcement was made at Capita Children's Services annual conference, and highlights the company's intention to give local authorities one central record for each child. This is the next step in the company's intention to assist in the successful delivery of 'Every child matters', and will allow councils to access information instantly from youth service teams and community health information from health visiting teams.
