Investment and Policy Manager, Strategic Property Manager

These roles will play an important part in delivering this and the Council's growth ambitions. Both posts are full time and permanent and will attract a relocation allowance of circa £5000.

Investment and Policy Manager Post Reference V1569 Grade L

£38,042 - £41,616 Per Annum

This role brings together the Planning Policy Team, Economic Development and Regeneration in order to ensure that we have the right framework to drive and deliver the growth agenda.

Experience and knowledge in planning policy and regeneration will be essential. The successful candidate will have experience of delivering physical regeneration projects.

Strategic Property Manager Post Reference V1568 Grade K £34,549 - £37,206 Per Annum

This is a new role in the Council and in the Economic Development Directorate. The Council has a large property portfolio and this role has been established to bring an economic development perspective to the future use of those assets and delivering the economic growth agenda.

The successful candidate will be able to show commercial knowledge and experience in a public sector context and have a track record of delivering major redevelopment projects.
