WORKFORCE

Chief Executive, Police Dependants' Trust

Hampton, Middlesex.

The Police Dependants' Trust provides support to serving and retired police officers and their dependants when they need it the most. We promote the efficiency of the police service across the UK by making a range of grants tailored specifically to the needs of our beneficiaries. Since our inception we have paid out in excess of £44m supporting over six thousand people in need.

We are now seeking to appoint a Chief Executive who will provide exceptional leadership and a focus to our highly motivated small staff team. Working alongside the Chair and a high calibre group of trustees, you will deliver a strategy for growth, raise our profile and impact; and lead our ongoing transformation.

You will have a successful track record of leading change coupled with strong corporate skills (HR, finance, fundraising, legal and investments). You will be a skilled communicator and advocate with a sophisticated understanding of governance. As well as being commercially astute and strong administratively, you will have an empathy with our supporters and beneficiaries.

Ultimately, we are seeking a highly motivated leader and experienced manager of people who will ensure we modernise and continue to provide highly relevant and tailored services to our key beneficiaries.
