Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust provides community health services for the 441,000 people who make up the diverse communities of the London Boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond-upon-Thames. Formed in 2010 following the merger of community health services across Hounslow and Richmond, we are one of only two community Trusts in London. We operate from a number of different sites across the local area including Teddington Memorial Hospital, GP surgeries, health centres and children's centres, as well as delivering care in patient homes. We are an ambitious organisation and have a vital role to play in improving the health and wellbeing of our local population. We are continuing to work closely with our local partners to develop new and innovative models for delivery of high quality care. Our biggest challenge is the creation of a groundbreaking Integrated Care Organisation, which will bring together both health and social care to deliver fully integrated services. At this crucial stage in our development, we are now seeking an exceptional individual to join and lead our organisation through this exciting next phase in our evolution.

The Role:

· Provide strong and visible leadership to the organisation promoting service integration and ensuring  that a culture of continuous improvement is sustained.

· Work in partnership with the Board to develop the Trust's future strategy driving innovation and transformation and ensuring

that the organisation is positioned effectively to cultivate future opportunities.

· Build effective relationships with key stakeholders including local authorities, patient groups, clinicians, shadow governors, Monitor and commissioners, raising the profile of the organisation and forging robust partnerships.

The Candidate:

· Brings a track-record of successful board level leadership within a complex NHS or Social Care organisation.

· Strong strategic skills and commercial acumen combined with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver to the highest quality standards.

· Innovative, dynamic and performance focused with first class communication skills and the ability to influence a range of different audiences.
