Chief Executive

Our vision is to create a prosperous Worcestershire and deliver exceptional outcomes within the four focus areas of our Corporate Plan.

Our vision is to create a prosperous Worcestershire and deliver exceptional outcomes within the four focus areas  of our Corporate Plan. By taking a proactive approach to the unprecedented funding challenges facing local government we believe  we can be in control of our own destiny. We are therefore focused on the actions required to build the type of new Council that is needed by the people of Worcestershire.

You will have the vision and exceptional leadership skills  to help us forge successfully ahead with the creation of  our new Council, ensuring we keep an unwavering focus  on our customers and build on our track record of foresight, responsiveness and agility. We are already well prepared, with investment in the development of a much leaner but talented workforce, ensuring our managers are equipped with the skills and flexibility to enable them to lead change and adapt with the necessary pace and commercial know-how. However there is much more to do to ensure our aspirations can be realised.

If you believe you have the qualities to ensure we remain in the driving seat of change, we would like to hear from you. Please click here
