Children's Services Manager

The Children's Services Manager post will manage our front end services for children and families. They will have responsibilities for creating capacity by shaping how we manage the demand on these services, remove duplication and ensure consistency in our work with children and families in our recently merged Children's Social Work Team.

Children's Services in Hillingdon have undergone a signifi cant transformation. You have the opportunity to join early in its implementation. The catalyst for this change has been our Children's Pathway Programme, bringing together the activities and functions across Children's Services and Education with a focus on Early Intervention.

If this challenging agenda of transformation is to be accelerated, we require the right leadership and management capacity. These two leadership positions are fundamental to our success.
