Child's death sparks serious case review

Merton LBC has initiated a serious case review (SCR) following the tragic death of 12-year-old Tia Sharp.

Merton LBC has initiated a serious case review (SCR) following the tragic death of 12-year-old Tia Sharp.

Tia's body was found in the loft at her grandmother's home within Croydon LBC on 10 August – one week after the youngster was reported missing.
