It's all about Life Style.

Tendring is a high profile, innovative Council which is prepared to make a difference. Working on national pilots, such as Community Budgets and Families with Complex Needs, we are already showing that we mean business. Excellent relationships with outside organisations and growing partnerships with businesses throughout the world have enabled us to create an environment of growth and development.

Meeting the diverse needs of the people of Tendring, and providing a safe and attractive place to live, is key to our vision for the future – instilling pride in the community, the opportunity to prosper and provide a better visitor experience.

Leading one of our business support units, you will not only directly manage a key operational unit, but also provide financial and business support to our housing, leisure andbuilding services division.

This is a role that will give you the opportunity to use all of your commercial expertise, from identifying and creating new business opportunities and providing sound business practice, to advising on business and investment potential.

Your practical and solutions-based approach will ensure that you achieve results, and your highly developed communication skills will motivate and develop those you work with. Post No: LO0060
