More than 16,000 people came to Leeds last month for UKREiiF and it was a privilege to welcome so many delegates, from Government ministers to Borussia Dortmund Football Club, to the city I lead.

The event has become a key entry in the Core Cities UK calendar – a chance to showcase the many investment opportunities that exist across our 12 cities and for us to remind private sector colleagues of the power and potential of urban Britain. We are looking forward to hosting it again next year.
