A coroner has warned Mansfield DC that mould in a tenant's flat may have contributed to her death.

Neena Sharma, coroner for Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire, has sent a prevention of future deaths report to Mansfield's housing department following the death of 52-year-old Jane Bennett from lung disease.
