North Ayrshire Council's ambitious change programme sets out a range of challenging objectives and priorities which will help secure a positive future for the people who live and work in our area.

We are looking for three exceptional individuals who can demonstrate the breadth of capability, skills and vision to work with and support our chief Executive to manage and develop the authority's 6,600 strong workforce. As key members of the Council's Corporate Management Team, the successful candidates will play strategic leadership roles in facilitating our transformational change programme while focussing on the continuous improvement and effectiveness of service delivery in a challenging financial climate.

The posts have a broad and exciting remit – including responsibility for leading the Council's Workforce Change Programme – and will offer you the opportunity to have a direct impact on shaping the delivery of services to our local communities.

You will be a strategic thinker and inspirational leader who will deliver a clear sense of purpose and direction and will easily gain the confidence of Councillors, employees, trade unions, local communities and partner organisations. These posts are politically restricted.
