Harlow DC has removed the post of managing director from its structure following the resignation of James Gardner.
Under the refreshed structure, Cllr Dan Swords will take the role of executive leader at the top of the management structure, with Tracie Langley, Sarah Jones and Giles Clarke in the executive director roles.
