Hackney LBC ‘missed opportunities' to improve homes it manages as it views problems facing tenants through a false ‘positivity prism', the Housing Ombudsman has warned.

Ombudsman Richard Blakeway raised the concerns in a report following an investigation into the high level of maladministration found in the council's role as a landlord.
