Customer Centric Services Manager North Tyneside

Your job role:

You will provide strategic direction and leadership to the Revenues, Benefits and Customer Services functions. Transforming service delivery and building a platform for growth will be the key. You will play a lead role in creating our centre of excellence, leading the service in meeting customer expectations, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and introducing change, exploring and implementing innovative ways of working and embracing new technology.

Maintaining networks and contacts at the most senior level and developing business relationships will be essential.

Balfour Beatty exists to provide focus to the challenge of supporting local public sector organisations in continuing to serve their local customers. Balfour Beatty is building a public sector centre of excellence in the North East. This will be predicated on the delivery of a range of front and back office services to local authority clients, developing a model for the delivery of local authority services for others to follow.

Your Skills and Experience:

* Strong people manager with proven track record in transforming service delivery
* Experienced professional with a background in revenues, benefits and customer services
* Experience in the public and private sectors would be beneficial
