Chief executive of children's campaign group, 11 Million, has called for further lessons to be learned from the Laming inquiry, after another child slipped through the protection net. Bristol's health, education and care services have been criticised after a 10-year-old girl died falling into a scalding bath. The death was ruled to be an accident but a report condemned the lack of inter-agency communication.
