'Death throes' Barnett Formula under renewed attack

LGA financial analysis indicates England is short-changed to the tune of £4.1bn a year by 'outdated' Barnett Formula.

Council chiefs have repeated their demands to scrap the 34-year-old Barnett Formula, after a Local Government Association (LGA) financial analysis indicated England is short-changed to the tune of £4.1bn a year.
