As we face significant reduction in our income,which will in turn necessitate changes to our business model, growth will be key for us.

The current areas of responsibility for this Director include Leisure, Housing, Community Safety and Environmental Health, so the new post holder will be key to this agenda in the District.

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and commercial experience; an excellent negotiator,who can work effectively at a strategic level with Elected Members. Candidates should also have experience of working at a senior level in leisure management or one of the other areas currently in this portfolio.
