We are now seeking to recruit two exceptional Directors to join our executive leadership team to help us to continue to provide excellent services whilst driving our change and growth ambitions forward.

As Director of Care and Support, you will steer our future strategy and ensure we continue to reconfigure, change, grow and adapt to meet the ever changing needs of our customers.

As Director of Business Development, you will lead on new business and development activity across the organisation to help us achieve our growth targets and reach more customers. Delivering growth in our changing and challenging economic and political times will require us to compete in new markets for new customers.

We have a high performing executive team and we are looking for the absolute best to join them. You will need to bring a significant and successful track record together with a passion for making a difference and a commitment to promoting equality and diversity.
