Established 40 years ago, the Housing Executive is the regional strategic housing authority for Northern Ireland.

Our functions include assessing housing need, playing a central role in the housing market and making a significant contribution to the Government's wider agenda.

We are the largest landlord of social housing in Northern Ireland with a budget of £740million and 3,200 staff. We have a proud history of working with others to improve homes and communities across all tenures. The Housing Executive is a non departmentalpublic body subject to the Department for Social Development. In a challenging economic climate we wish to appoint two Directors to join and work effectively with our senior management team based in our headquarters in Belfast.



Director of Housing & Regeneration

Salary: £75,376 - £91,337

Ref: 2011 - HR

As Director of Housing & Regeneration, you will be an experienced housing professional, who will make a difference by influencing and shaping the delivery of housing services. With a budget of over £480m and 2,100 staff, you will have responsibility for leading, managing and monitoring the provision of integrated housing services and programmes.



Director of Design & Property Services

Salary £66,365 - £86,303

Ref: 2011 - DPS

As Director of Design & Property Services you will be creative, driven and results orientated with a proven track record in operational programme delivery.



With a budget of £194m and over 540 staff, including a Direct Labour Organisation, you will have responsibility for the strategic leadership and operational delivery of a range of services to improve the supply, quality and sustainability of the social and private housing sectors in Northern Ireland.
