Two districts have appointed a new permanent chief executive on a shared basis. South Holland DC in Lincolnshire and Breckland DC in Norfolk have appointed Anna Graves as chief executive. Ms Graves is currently chief at Harborough DC in Leicestershire and will take up the post on 21 April. Geoff Rivers was previously managing the councils on an interim basis. Former joint chief executive Terry Huggins will return on a consultative basis as head of paid service from this week until April. Mr Huggins was president of the Society of Local Authority Chief Executives from 2011/12 before retiring from South Holland and Breckland.
