The District Councils' Network (DCN) has joined inner London boroughs in sounding the alarm over transitional fair funding arrangements.
Whitehall has informed 41 district authorities and eight London boroughs they will not receive the protection to spending power afforded to most councils and could be hit by cuts of up to 7%.
