Dudley MBC chief executive Kevin O’Keefe has announced he is to retire.

Dudley MBC chief executive Kevin O'Keefe has announced he is to retire.

O'Keefe has been in the role since 2019, having joined from Wolverhampton City Council, where he spent five years as a director.
