Dudley confirms chief executive appointment

Balvinder Heran has been appointed as chief executive at Dudley MBC.

Balvinder Heran has been appointed as chief executive at Dudley MBC.

Heran has served in the role on an interim basis since October, having joined the authority as deputy chief executive in 2021.
