Executive Director – Education and Care Services

Here at Bromley, we're bringing our Adult Social Care and Children's Services together. This innovative move will create a single department that's set to provide a seamless service to families and people of all ages within the borough. As the department's Executive Director, it will be down to you to shape the new service and ensure its success.

It's a rare opportunity to break new ground, with the support of a number of Divisional Directors. You will be in charge of a large proportion of our budget as well as major services – which must all be managed against the backdrop of a rapidly-changing public sector. It's therefore important that you're already a senior manager, used to delivering change and getting the most from limited resources. Ambitious and ready for a key strategic management role, you'll add value to the corporate agenda and help us fulfill our corporate operating principles.

For an informal discussion please contact Charles Obazuaye, Assistant Chief Executive - HR on 020 813 4355.
