Executive Director at Scope

London. At Scope we challenge assumptions about disability, we influence decision makers and we show what can be possible through the delivery of a wide range of services. We strive for a world where disabled people have the same opportunities to fulfil their ambitions as everyone else.

Delivering innovative and personalised services is one of the primary ways we influence. We are now seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead and drive our ongoing service transformation and embed the changes that are needed for the future. You will lead a team of highly skilled and experienced Directors and have a shared corporate leadership role for the whole of the organisation.

To be successful, you will have a significant track record of driving transformational change, developing high performing leadership teams and the ability to motivate and inspire a large staff team (2,800) across 100 sites. You will be an exceptional communicator with experience of influencing people and policy and forming effective working partnerships. Commercially astute with great judgment, emotional intelligence and political nous are just a few of the prerequisites.

This is one of the biggest roles within social care: if you feel you have the credibility matched with the empathy for our cause and a relentless drive to deliver, we want to hear from you. For more information and how to apply, please visit this link.
