‘Additional funding' will be provided to councils as part of reforms to services for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), a minister has confirmed.
Liberal Democrat Pippa Heylings raised concerns with the Government over the possibility of the costs of SEND provision impacting on councils' core budgets.
