Westminster City Council has warned the Government its funding plans are threatening children's and young people's services. Council bosses claim funding is being directed away from councils where needs were increasing, to councils where need was falling. ‘The Government needs to recognise that it will be vulnerable children and young adults who will suffer if this anomaly is not tackled,' said a spokesman.
