Birmingham City Council's deputy chief executive Rishi Shori has revealed his insights into making a success of intervention at The MJ's Future Forum Midlands.
What Shori termed ‘full fat', commissioner-led intervention was confirmed at Birmingham in 2023 and a report earlier this year noted progress due to ‘committed leadership' and the ‘hard work of many diligent members of staff'.
