East Hampshire DC chief executive and columnist for The MJ, Gill Kneller, has announced she is to retire in June.

East Hampshire DC chief executive and columnist for The MJ, Gill Kneller, has announced she is to retire in June.

Kneller has worked in local government for 37 years, of which 21 have been at East Hampshire.
