Two of the largest councils in Hampshire have become the latest to launch a legal challenges against local government reorganisation (LGR).
Hampshire CC and Portsmouth City Council have both announced they will seek judicial reviews of the Government's decision to create four unitary authorities covering Hampshire and the Solent.
