An area of outstanding natural beauty, the quality of life is excellent with mile after mile of stunning countryside, unspoilt coastlines and beaches, yet still within easy reach of the bustling, cosmopolitan city of Norwich. Reporting directly to the Corporate Leadership Team, this is an exciting opportunity for two dynamic team leaders with experience of successful partnership working, strategy development and project delivery to join the newly constituted senior management team in each of these key roles.

Leading the property, leisure and coastal defence teams, this post will have responsibility for managing a diverse property portfolio. Providing expert professional and commercial property advice at the highest level, you will develop the Council's asset strategy to drive financial, social and community benefits, and support the regeneration of our market towns.

This is more than just a property role, you must be creative in your thinking, engage effectively with communities and embrace change.
