Salary: £57,288 - £66,762

Location: Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham

We are looking for someone to lead, manage and improve services across our schools and learning settings with the expertise and motivation to effectively drive up the performance of teams and services across the city, influencing and managing change.

You will be an ambitious, inspiring leader, with the ability to create and instil a shared vision and by understanding the importance of incorporating the public, private and voluntary sectors, build effective partnerships that lead to improved outcomes.

With an excellent understanding of the context in which schools work, you will successfully engage with the educational community at all levels. You will bring experience of the inspection frameworks and educational models, alongside an excellent understanding of the Academisation Agenda.
