Joint Chief Executive

Based in Bury St Edmunds and Mildenhall.

The time to change is now. This is your opportunity to help shape our future here in West Suffolk. We are looking for an innovative joint Chief Executive who will bring our two councils even closer together and transform the delivery of our services.

But it's not that simple.

We want to make our part of the world even stronger and more vibrant which means bringing a wider range of partners on board. Working together with others to ensure decisions are made locally, we're looking to create more skilled jobs, better homes and facilities, deliver better health and well-being while preserving and enhancing our wonderful environment.

We need someone whose time has come to help create a shared vision for West Suffolk – and then deliver it.

Closing date: 31 January 2012.
