Consultancy Moorhouse has appointed Josie Cluer as public sector lead. The former adviser to John Denham when he was secretary of state for innovation, universities and skills under the last government will head up the public sector team and focus on delivering transformation projects for clients. Ms Cluer joins from KPMG, where she spent more than four years leading large teams of clients and consultants working together to deliver high profile multi-million pound transformation programmes in the public sector. As a former special adviser, she has worked at senior levels in Westminster and Whitehall, and has more than 12 years of experience in business transformation, programme management and culture change. Ms Cluer is chair of a fast-growing charity North London Cares and its new sister South London Cares. She is also a trustee of Alcohol Concern.
