Lambeth LBC has drawn up a five year plan to tackle gang culture with the promise of new investment in youth services and extend opening hours for local youth centres. Council leader Steve Reed said: ‘Tackling violent youth crime has to be a top issue for the council. Our action plan outlines ways we can improve opportunities for teenagers.'
