Lancashire CC has said it will have to work ‘at pace' to meet the requirements of the inquiry into the Southport knife attack.

Inquiry chairman Sir Adrian Fulford made 12 recommendations to the council after finding opportunities were missed to prevent the attack by Axel Rudakubana that claimed the lives of three young children.
