I'm writing this as the dust is settling following ministerial decisions about reorganisation outcomes for parts of the country being announced. he devil is in the detail and much comment and speculation has already happened about the decisions made – I'm not going to repeat those points.
Instead, I'm going to take this opportunity to reflect upon the impact of these decisions on the people in all the organisations concerned.
