Local government reorganisation could put the delivery of better services for children and families at risk, the president of the Association of Directors of Children's Services (ADCS) has warned.

Speaking at the ADCS annual conference last week, Rachael Wardell told The MJ: ‘That is the risk, and you will hear it most loudly and clearly from the largest upper tier authorities, which are outstanding or good.'
