Lincolnshire CC has joined the ranks of councils embarking on the road to legal challenges against the Government over reorganisation decisions.
The Reform UK-led authority has issued a pre-action protocol letter to local government secretary Angela Rayner after the green light was given to create two new unitary councils in the county.
