Hounslow LBC’s interim chief executive Mandy Skinner has been appointed to the role on a permanent basis.

Hounslow LBC's interim chief executive Mandy Skinner has been appointed to the role on a permanent basis.

She served as the council's assistant chief executive before taking up the interim position in February.
