Head of Service Development

up to £74,200 + PRP

Your role will be to create and lead a high performing service development, planning, performance, and business intelligence function for Tri-borough Children's Services, providing us with the evidence and insight we need to deliver improved outcomes in this critical area.

This role requires a knowledge and understanding of how the children's services system works, together with the skills and experience of credible change and service development. You will also need to have the analytical capability to offer a strategic and integrated view of need and create effective outcomes frameworks.

Head of Commercial Development
up to £74,200 +PRP.

You will create and lead a transformed and high performing commercial, contracts and procurement function for Tri-borough Children's Services, including the development of an effective and credible model for doing business with commercial partners. This role requires operational and strategic knowledge of best practice procurement to source the best and most cost effective providers. You will need to be able to manage markets, ensure effective contract management, and develop alternative delivery models. You will also need to understand effective public sector procurement and have a flexible, can-do, commercial approach to your work.
