A council-owned development company that borrowed £120m from its parent local authority has posted another multi-million pound loss.
Accounts filed by This Land, set up ten years ago by Cambridgeshire CC, show it lost £11.9m in 2025/26. This followed a £13.6m loss the previous year and a loss of £11.88m in 2023/24.
