Operations Director: Children's Safeguarding and Care

Salary up to £95,881 per annum

Can you deliver for our Children and Families?

Here at Gloucestershire, we are on a journey of change which is focusing on quality commissioning, excellent service delivery and effective partnership working and we are already seeing results. Joining our delivery leadership team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring quality safeguarding and social care services for all of our children and families. Working closely with all social care professionals and partner organisations, you will continue to develop service improvement and respond to the council's strategic commissioning agenda. You'll also enjoy the opportunity to work across the council beyond children's service and to have a wider influence and a real chance to develop.

We are offering the chance to join an improving and unique authority that offers scope, support and opportunity. In return, we ask you to bring leadership and communication skills plus the passion and experience to deliver innovative, partnership-focused services to take both of us to the next level.
