Orkney Islands Council has said it is ‘unable to confirm or deny’ reports that its chief executive is under investigation.

Orkney Islands Council has said it is ‘unable to confirm or deny' reports that its chief executive is under investigation.

Oliver Reid has officially been on what the council describes as ‘a period of special leave' since 25 May.
