Peer review highlights 'inappropriate behaviour'

More than 250 employees of Westminster City Council reported bullying or harassment at work in the last year, a Local Government Association corporate peer challenge has found.

More than 250 employees of Westminster City Council reported bullying or harassment at work in the last year, a Local Government Association corporate peer challenge has found.

The review team said that while the numbers were ‘stark' they believed it was positive that the council fostered a climate that was ‘conducive to people reporting their experiences'.
