'Poor' awareness of election reforms

There was ‘poor’ awareness of extra measures to help disabled voters and those without ID in last year’s General Election, according to an official report.

There was ‘poor' awareness of extra measures to help disabled voters and those without ID in last year's General Election, according to an official report.

For the first time at a UK-wide poll, officers were required to provide voter authority certificates to those without ID and implement additional accessibility measures at polling stations.
