A third of public sector senior officers are unsure about how to implement the Government's planned employment rights legislation, according to a new survey.
Just 67% of the more than 500 figures in sectors including local government, health and housing told the survey by the Commercial Services Group that they were familiar with the Bill, while 33% said they had ‘little or no knowledge' of it.
