Senior Operations Manager

A new post of Senior Operations Manager has been created to provide strong strategic and operational direction to the borough's children's social care operation. The successful candidate will require the vision and motivational abilities to embed an ambitious programme of change, while delivering a safe service and supporting a stable workforce.

Children's Services in Hillingdon have undergone a signifi cant transformation. You have the opportunity to join early in its implementation. The catalyst for this change has been our Children's Pathway Programme, bringing together the activities and functions across Children's Services and Education with a focus on Early Intervention.

If this challenging agenda of transformation is to be accelerated, we require the right leadership and management capacity. These two leadership positions are fundamental to our success.
