With responsibility for social work and social care operations for learning disabilities, physical disabilities and sensory needs, this is a crucial role for reducing the borough's spending on residential care, by enabling individuals to access supported living arrangements. Adult Social Care in Hillingdon is undergoing real transformation. Our innovative and unique approaches have led to many other organisations following Hillingdon's lead by developing services based on our models.
