Service Manager Disability Services

With responsibility for social work and social care operations for learning disabilities, physical disabilities and sensory needs, this is a crucial role for reducing the borough's spending on residential care, by enabling individuals to access supported living arrangements. In addition, the post has signifi cant responsibilities with regard to delivering personalisation, high quality assessments and reviews, creative support planning, greater choice and control and integrated and joint working with health partners.

Adult Social Care in Hillingdon is undergoing real transformation. Our innovative and unique approaches have led to many other organisations following Hillingdon's lead by developing services based on our models.

If this challenging agenda of transformation is to be accelerated, we require the right leadership and management capacity. These two leadership positions are fundamental to our success.
