The charity 4Children has welcomed a National Audit Office report into the roll out of the Sure Start children's centres. ‘Achieving the aims of the children's centres' agenda was never going to be a simple task,' said 4Children chief executive, Anne Longfield. ‘This report is a timely reminder of the work which needs to be done.'
